V · About us

The Phoenix Collective is a nonprofit theater organization dedicated to empowering and educating members of the community through the performing arts. Our goal is to use theater not just as entertainment, but as a tool for personal growth, skill development, and community connection. Through workshops, rehearsals, performances, and educational programs, we provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore creativity, build confidence, and collaborate in meaningful ways.

What we stand for

Theater, used.

We do not treat a production as the end of the work. It is the point at which a season of teaching becomes visible.

Through workshops, rehearsals, performances and educational programs, we provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to explore creativity, build confidence, and collaborate in meaningful ways.

Every program is designed and led by educators, so the rehearsal room runs the way a good classroom runs: clear expectations, real feedback, and room to fail safely before opening night.
